About the Job
No touch freight for reefer work but some tarping for the step-deck stuff. This tarping is paid extra.
Job Summary
- Contract Driver (1099, Solo)
- Refrigerated and Single Drop
- OTR
- $2,400 - $2,600 gross total weekly avg. pay
- 3,000 - 3,500 avg. miles per week
- $5,000 sign on bonus
- Line Haul
- No Driver Load/Unload
- 25% tarping
Home Time
- 10 expected days out
- You can stay out longer if you want to
- Get 4 days of home time for every 10 days worked
- Home at least 2 weekends per month
Freight Handling Details
- 100% live load / unload
Pet and Rider Policy
- Pets are allowed
- Riders are allowed
Carrier and Truck Information
- Fleet size: 7 trucks
- Semi-trucks are governed at 70 mph
- Mostly automatic semi-trucks
- Can take truck home if requirements are met
- We have Freightliners
- We mainly operate late model trucks
Hiring Requirements
- Class A license without any of the following restrictions: (E) Manual, (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer or (K) Intrastate Only
- 12 months Tractor Trailer experience
