CDL Truck Driver Responsibilities are:

- Safely operate a tractor-trailer truck, zero tolerance for unsafe driving and behaviors
- Properly track & document driving activity log using ELD technology
- Report any issues or incidents to dispatch immediately when they occur
- Inspect truck before and after trip daily, no exceptions
- Drive equipment within established speed limits, no over speeding
- Maintain excellent safety score via ELD and insurance technologies
- Plan ahead for vehicle maintenance and inspection every 20,000 miles
- Controlled Substances and Alcohol is prohibited. Hair follicle testing is required - no exceptions.
- Maintain Driver Fitness such as valid CDL, state driving records, medical card, no driving while physically ill or fatigued

• Semi-trucks are governed at 68 mph
• Mostly automatic semi-trucks
• Can take truck home if requirements are met
• We have Freightliners
• Truck equipment: Microwave, Refrigerator, Satellite TV, Satellite Radio
• No driver facing cameras
• Hiring drivers who have completed SAP

• Orientation is not paid for
• Does not cover accommodation
• Drivers get their own room
• No meals are included
• Orientation is performed partly or in full online
• Covers some or all travel expenses

• Class A license without any of the following restrictions: (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer, (K) Intrastate Only or (M) Medical Variance
• 2 years Tractor Trailer experience
• 2 years OTR experience
• 2 years Heavy Haul experience
