On Lanefinder, certain jobs offer a Get Hired Reward. That means when you apply to that job through Lanefinder and get hired, you become eligible for a gift worth $200.

If you got hired to a job offering a Get Hired Reward, you may be wondering how to claim it. It’s actually super simple!

You can claim your reward in the Lanefinder app by following these steps:

Download the Lanefinder app

The Lanefinder app is required to claim your Get Hired Reward. If you haven’t done so already, download the Lanefinder app here..

If you’ve already downloaded the app, you can (obviously) disregard this and move onto the next step in the process!

Make sure you’re logged in

Once you’ve downloaded the app, make sure you’re logged in.

Simply go to the settings under the “More” tab and log in.

To log in, simply enter your phone number.

IMPORTANT: Make sure to use the same phone number that you entered when applying to the job that hired you so that we can confirm your application.

Mark yourself as hired

To mark yourself as hired, tap on the ‘Applications’ icon that looks like a big check mark.

From here, tap on “I’ve Been Hired”. If you don’t see an “I’ve Been Hired” button, bear with us! Give it a few days, as it can take a little while before you are able to report being hired.

Now, follow the next steps to let us know which company and type of job you were hired for.

You’re all set!

Once that’s done, we will reach out to your new employer to verify that you have been hired by them. Once they have confirmed, we will notify you through the Lanefinder app that a reward is available to be paid out.

What can you spend your $200 on?

Now that you received your reward, how you spend it is up to you. You'll have the option to take out the $200 in cash, redeem it at hotels.com to spend a few cushy nights outside of the truck, or use it as an Amazon gift card. The choice is yours.

What if the employer does not confirm that you got hired?

If we aren’t able to get a hold of your employer within 7 days, we will reach out to you by phone, SMS, or email to ask you to send us a picture of either your employment contract or payslip. Once received, your reward will be paid out immediately.
