Hiring Requirements
- Class B license without any of the following restrictions: (G) Night Driving or (K) Intrastate Only
- 5 years Commercial Driving experience
- No more than 1 moving violation in the last year

- Max 1 accident in the last year
- Max 1 accident in the last 3 years

- $900 - $1,500 total weekly

About the job
Our company supplies roll-off containers to contractors for construction debris and also to homeowners for estate, or garage, basement clean outs.
We only work our local area, radius about 30 - 40 miles. Driver would be responsible for the safe delivery and pick up of the dumpsters. A clean driving record is required. The work schedule is Mon. thru Fri. with Saturday work available in the warmer months.
We provide health insurance to the employee at no cost to them, but the employee would be responsible for the cost of any dependents. The company also has a SEP pension plan, details of the plan given when hired. Most Federal Holidays off, sick pay, and vacation.
Our trucks are manual transmission, no automatics.

Italian immigrant Giuseppe De Vinci began his trucking and excavating company in 1912. As his business grew and years passed his sons joined him in the firm which is now called J. Vinch & Sons, Inc. Since the passing of Giuseppe, his sons took over the company, and as time marched on the youngest of the sons, Charles Vinch took over the business. At present Charles's four sons, Joe, Charles, Sam, and Gary, plus one of his three daughters Rose, form the team that runs the company today. They are hands on, working in the office and in the field and are ready to take on your projects.
