- 2 days off for every 14 days worked
Hiring Requirements
- Class A license without any of the following restrictions: (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer or (K) Intrastate Only
- No more than 1 moving violation in the last year
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
- Max 1 accident in the last year
- Max 3 accidents in the last 3 years
Pay & Miles
- $2,400 - $2,600 total weekly per team
- $5000 sign-on bonus
- 5,600 - 6,000 miles per week

- 2 days off for every 14 days worked
- 14 expected days out
- Home at least 2 weekends per month
Freight Handling
- 100% drop and hook
Carrier and Truck Information
- Fleet size: 187 trucks
- Semi-trucks are governed at 68 mph
- Volvos, Freightliners, Internationals
- Mostly automatic semi-trucks

About the job
"Control Your Own Pay" allows you, the driver, to start work at Big M / Diesel Express and be at top pay by the following May or November of employment. Points are given or deducted in the following areas: MPG, Max Drive Miles, Accidents, On-time Deliveries, and CSA Violations. Twice a year in November and May, each driver's points will be recalculated to determine the pay rate for the next six months.
