Hiring Requirements

Class A license without any of the following restrictions: (E) No Manual, (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer or (K) Intrastate Only
6 months Tractor Trailer experience
No more than 2 moving violations in the last year
No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
Max 1 accident in the last year
Max 2 accidents in the last 3 years

Pay & Miles

$5,520 - $7,728 gross total weekly. Paid weekly.
2,500 - 3,500 miles per week

Home Time

5 expected days out
You can stay out longer if you want to
Home every weekend

20% drop and hook
20% driver load / unload

About the job

We haul mainly for seed companies & greenhouses. Driver is expected to run an electric pallet jack for some seed deliveries and to tailgate or unload the racks for the greenhouse if the trailer has a lift gate. The greenhouse trailers are pre-loaded, drop & hook at the pickup. Some breaking down of racks is required with the greenhouses, but the driver is compensated on a per rack basis. 98% of our loads are paid round trip, lessening the need for backhauls. Most of our loads are in the midwest, with opportunities to run longer if desired. Some weeks you may need to leave on a Sunday evening or you may not get in until Saturday, though rare. You may run longer if desired.
