Hiring Requirements
- Class A license without any of the following restrictions: (E) No Manual, (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer or (K) Intrastate Only
- Must have (X) Tank Vehicles/Hazardous Materials endorsement at time of hire
- 2 years Tractor Trailer experience
- No more than 1 moving violation in the last year
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
- No accidents in the last year
- Max 1 accident in the last 3 years
Pay & Miles
- $4,500 - $6,000 gross total weekly. Paid weekly.
- 2,600 - 3,200 miles per week
Home Time
- 2 - 7 expected days out
- You can stay out longer if you want to
- Home at least 2 weekends per month
Freight Handling
- 50% drop and hook
- 50% live load / unload
Carrier and Truck Information
- Fleet size: 60 trucks
- Semi-trucks are governed at 75 mph
- Mostly manual semi-trucks

Neier, Inc. is actively hiring Owner/Operators to help us fulfill our growing customer needs. Owner/Operators can expect to pull both Tankers & Vans to a core group of customers. Neier, Inc. will offer steady, consistent, year-round work that pays 70% of Line Haul and 100% of the Fuel Surcharge. Owner/Operators can also utilize the fuel island here at the Neier, Inc. terminal for deeply discounted fuel prices, as well as utilize our discounted buying power at TA & Petro locations. You can expect weekly home-time or stay out longer, if desired.
We understand that you are experienced professionals. Our orientation program is designed to have you earning revenue while you train on Neier, Inc. operations. Our goal is to have you on the road running solo as safely and quickly as possible.
