Neier, Inc. has a dedicated lane opportunity between Indianapolis, IN and Harbor Beach, MI. Full-Time Drivers dedicated to this lane will pull Non-Hazmat Tankers between Indianapolis, IN and Harbor Beach, MI and experience 100% live customer load/unload.
Neier, Inc. pays all of our company drivers on a sliding mileage bracket, with a minimum earning of $0.50/mile. We pay address to address with a practical routing. This lane opportunity will provide drivers with weekly home-time and, depending on your location, the possibility of taking your truck home.
You can expect paid demurrage and breakdown time.
Orientation is designed to provide an individualized experience that will get you on the road running solo as safely and quickly as possible. Orientation and training is paid hourly.

Neier, Inc. is actively hiring Owner/Operators to help us fulfill our growing customer needs. Owner/Operators can expect to pull both Tankers & Vans to a core group of customers. Neier, Inc. will offer steady, consistent, year-round work that pays 70% of Line Haul and 100% of the Fuel Surcharge. Owner/Operators can also utilize the fuel island here at the Neier, Inc. terminal for deeply discounted fuel prices, as well as utilize our discounted buying power at TA & Petro locations. You can expect weekly home-time or stay out longer, if desired.
We understand that you are experienced professionals. Our orientation program is designed to have you earning revenue while you train on Neier, Inc. operations. Our goal is to have you on the road running solo as safely and quickly as possible.

Neier, Inc. Regional drivers can anticipate pulling Tankers & Vans for our core group of customers while experiencing weekly home-time.
Regional drivers will earn a MINIMUM of $0.50/mile and receive paid demurrage and breakdown. Neier, Inc. has been in business since 1989 and has a proven track record of being able to provide consistent year-round work to all of our drivers.
During orientation you will receive your tractor assignment (no slip-seating!). The orientation period is designed to provide you an individualized experience to get you on the road running solo as safely & quickly as possible. Orientation & training periods are paid hourly. Our team of experienced dispatchers, that are former drivers, are here to help maximize your earning potential!

Neier, Inc. OTR Company Drivers can anticipate being utilized nationwide for 4 weeks at a time, earning up-to a week off. We will provide the necessary transportation arrangements (flight or rental car) to get you to and from home for your home-time!
During the 4 weeks out, OTR drivers can expect to pull both Tanker and Van while servicing our core customer locations. Neier, Inc. has been in operation since 1989 and has established a diversified customer base that allows us to provide year-round work for all of our drivers. Drivers can expect to be paid for demurrage time, starting after one hour at pick-up and/or delivery. Paid breakdown begins from the start of the reported defect.
