- 12 months OTR experience
- No moving violations in the last year
- No more than 1 moving violation in the last 3 years
- Max 1 accident in the last year
- Max 2 accidents in the last 3 years
Pay & Miles
- $6,000 - $8,000 gross total weekly. Paid weekly.
- 85% of load
- 3,000 - 3,500 miles per week
Home Time
- 21 - 24 expected days out
- Home at least one weekend per month

- 100% drop and hook

15% fees. 24/7 dispatch. Fuel cards. Cargo and liability insurance $285/week. ELD $30 a week for monitoring and $30 a week for devices (ELD and dashcam included). $50 weekly admin fee. $3000 sign onn bonus paid $500 every 60 days. Clean DOT inspection Bonus $250.
