Direct Employment (W2)
OTR
- Refrigerated

- No Driver Load/Unload
- 2 days off for every 14 days worked
Hiring Requirements
- Class A license without any of the following restrictions: (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer or (K) Intrastate Only
- 12 months Tractor Trailer experience
- No more than 1 moving violation in the last year
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
- Max 1 accident in the last year
- Max 1 accident in the last 3 years
Pay & Miles
- $1,600 - $1,800 total weekly
- $0.64 - $0.64 CPM
- 2,500 - 2,800 miles per week

Carrier and Truck Information
- Fleet size: 150 trucks
- Semi-trucks are governed at 68 mph
- Volvos
- Mostly automatic semi-trucks
- We mainly operate late model trucks
- Refrigerator, Satellite Radio, No driver facing cameras

- IF DRIVER AVERAGES 2300+ MILES A WEEK IN THE MONTH=0.3 CPM Bonus
- DO IT FUEL EFFICIENTLY/SAFELY QUARTERLY= ANOTHER 0.3 CPM Bonus
- No Touch Freight
- Accept SAP if finished 100% (Case by Case basis)
- Detention Pay: $22 per hour (after initial 2 hours if delivered on time & notified dispatch of imminent detention)
- EZ Pass
- Omnitracs with pre pass
- Stop Pay: $30 after first and last
- Layover Pay: $150 for overnight layovers of 12 hours or more
