BLUE NORTHERN DISTRIBUTING LLC

We are a refrigerated carrier that primarily hauls prepackaged dairy products. We operate in 2 shifts per day, 1st shift drivers mainly deliver to our retail and institutional customers. 2nd shift drivers mainly run shuttles and line hauls to various points in WI and MN. There are two locations, one is Sparta WI and the headquarters in Eau Claire WI. Trucks are all late-model Freightliner day-cabs leased from Penske. 53' trailers for the line hauls and shuttles are also leased from Penske. We do utilize trailers from a trailer pool at one of our customers, and delivery trailers are 28' pups with hydraulic lift gates. We strive for each driver to work 4 - 10 hour shifts per week, Saturday routes that are run in rotation. Driver turnover rate is less than 10%.
