E F THOMPSON INC

In The early 1950's, Edwin and Jean Thompson purchased a dump truck to haul loads of stone and gravel around Northern Virginia. In 1964, they contracted with the United States Postal Service. The business became E.F. Thompson, Inc., in 1969. In 1980, they moved the business to Fredericksburg, Virginia, building a shop and office facility.

Today, E.F. Thompson is an award winning USPS contractor operating throughout the Mid-Atlantic area. in addition, the company has developed a growing business hauling building supplies and freight throughout the east coast and into the Midwest. We are still family owned and operated.
