Tandem Drivers operate 5 days a week in DAIM’s Network providing no touch freight services, primarily on the New York State & Massachuesets Thruway Systems.

Tandem Drivers pull double 48’s break apart in the designated drop lots, deliver 1-2 loads & grab a back haul. A Tandem Driver can expect to either be home daily or sleep in the truck when needed based on the driver’s domicile.

Tandem Drivers can expect Safety & Performance Bonuses, a Nightly Per Diem, Paid Holidays & Vacation Time.
