About the job
Pay & Compensation:
- Mileage Rate: $0.70 CPM (Paid on all miles — loaded and empty)
- Average Gross Weekly Pay: $1,750 – $2,100+ / week ($91,000 – $109,000+ annually)
- Weekly Minimum Guarantee: $1,300/week safety net
- Stop Pay: $30/stop after the first stop
- Detention Pay: $27/hour after 3 hours
- Layover Pay: $100/day
- Clean DOT Inspection Bonus: $150 per clean Level 1 or Level 2 inspection
- Pay Frequency: Direct deposit every Friday

Home Time: Home weekly for a guaranteed 34- to 48-hour weekend reset
Operating Area: Midwest Regional, Texas, South East — No NYC, no Northeast congestion
