The program helps to familiarize them with the company's operations and customer commitment, as well as safety and regulatory information. Orientation is 4 days in Akron, Ohio. Where does FedEx Custom Critical operate in North America? We have a large customer base coast to coast. Our fleet picks up and delivers loads throughout the continuous United States and Canada.
