About the job
Bonuses:
- Clean inspections = level 3=$100 -level 2=$200-level 1=$250
- MPG Bonus 7.9=.01cpm / 8.4=.02cpm (11,000 miles min)
- Referral bonus - $500 (paid the second week the driver is with the company)
- Loyalty bonus- +.01cpm/ yr for the first 3 years with the company
- Safety bonus / Driver of the year
(All drivers who meet the main criteria by the end of 2025 will receive a $500 bonus. Additionally, the top five drivers will be selected to receive what is referred to as a "13th salary," calculated as the total earnings for the year divided by 12 months)
