Hiring Requirements
- Class A license without any of the following restrictions: (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer or (K) Intrastate Only
- 6 months OTR experience
- 2 months Flatbed experience
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last year
- No more than 5 moving violations in the last 3 years
- Max 1 accident in the last 3 years
Pay & Miles
- $1,500 - $2,000 total weekly
- $1200 minimum guaranteed weekly pay
- $0.7 - $0.76 CPM
- $1000 sign-on bonus
- 1,800 - 2,200 miles per week

- Fleet size: 291 trucks
- Semi-trucks are governed at 68 mph
- Both manual and automatic semi-trucks
- Truck equipment: APU, Refrigerator
- No driver-facing cameras

Dedicated flatbed/conestoga run out of Central IL running a 500 mile radius. Trailers are preloaded and secured. Hook up, check securement, and go. Hauling farm equipment. Home every weekend. Weekly productivity bonus and quarterly safety bonus.
