Lead Driver needs two years of verifiable OTR experience. Rate per mile is dictated by experience and safe driving habits. The miles per week are varying based on the drivers' skills and work ethic. If the driver can do more, while still being on time, dispatch will run you accordingly. We offer flexible home time, and an annual bonus reflective of the quality of work provided. We do not micromanage the drivers. We are very big on mutual respect, and communication to keep misunderstandings or service failures from happening. For drivers that do not live in MI we do allow you to take the vehicle home, but you are responsible for its safety and upcoming by starting it regularly.
