- Class B license without any of the following restrictions: (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving or (K) Intrastate Only
- 1 month Commercial Driving experience
- No more than 1 moving violation in the last year
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
- Max 1 accident in the last year
- Max 1 accident in the last 3 years
- $1,100 - $1,600 total weekly
- 100 - 200 miles per week
