Hiring Requirements
- Class A license without any restrictions
- 3 years OTR experience
- 12 months Flatbed experience
- No more than 1 moving violation in the last year
- No more than 1 moving violation in the last 3 years
Pay & Miles
- $4,000 - $10,000 gross total weekly. Paid weekly.
- 85% of load
- 2,500 - 3,500 miles per week
Home Time
- 5 - 7 expected days out
- You can stay out longer if you want to
- Home at least 3 weekends per month
Freight Handling
- 100% live load / unload
Carrier and Truck Information
- Fleet size: 5 trucks

About the job
We are looking for owner operators that would like to lease on to a small and tight knit company. Our drivers either are family, or have become family! We offer 85% load pay. We do all the dispatching. All you have to worry about is getting to your load! We will also add you to our insurance policy (pending approval) and will deduct the insurance payment weekly. We will provide a fuel card and access to an app that gives you great discounts at thousands of fuel stops (FleetOne). Shoot over an application so we can talk more one and one and I can answer any questions you may have!
