Hiring Requirements
- Class A license
- 2 years Tractor Trailer experience
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last year
- No more than 4 moving violations in the last 3 years
- Max 2 accidents in the last year
- Max 4 accidents in the last 3 years
Pay & Miles
- $1,200 - $2,000 gross total weekly
- 25% of load
- 2,000 - 3,100 miles per week
Home Time
- 5 days on, 2 days off
- Home every other day
- Home every weekend
Freight Handling
- 70% drop and hook
- 30% live load / unload
Carrier and Truck Information
- Fleet size: 6 trucks
- Semi-trucks are not governed
- Internationals, Peterbilts
- Mostly manual semi-trucks

About the job
We've been blessed to be staying semi-local with preloaded flatbed work. Driver picks up preloaded trailer and live delivers (and it goes quickly- most deliveries are offloaded within an hour of showing up).
Our drivers typically hold on to a pre-loaded trailer over the weekend and head out Monday morning (randomly a Sunday to New Mexico). Most nights you are able to be home, or if not- close by.
We're a very small fleet with a husband and wife team behind the scenes. We know and understand that life is chaotic at times and family will ALWAYS come first! We're easy to work with and excited to bring someone else into our working family!

We own and operate a small fleet based on the outskirts of San Antonio. We haul preloaded flatbeds out of the Eagle Pass, TX area (majority of the time) they are utility poles and or parts. Our drivers have been exceptionally happy with the weekday schedule and ease of mostly drop and hook. We've been able to maintain our drivers and its unlikely to have a position open. We're excited to bring someone else on board to the Topio Family.
