- 6 days on, 1 day off
- Class B license without any of the following restrictions: (E) No Manual or (G) Night Driving
- 3 months Commercial Driving experience
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last year
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
- Max 1 accident in the last year
- Max 1 accident in the last 3 years
- $700 - $900 total weekly
- 400 - 700 miles per week
