- 2 days off for every 5 days worked
Hiring Requirements
- Class A license
- 2 years Tractor Trailer experience
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last year
- No more than 4 moving violations in the last 3 years
- Max 2 accidents in the last year
- Max 4 accidents in the last 3 years
Pay & Miles
- $3,000 gross total weekly
- 70% of load
- $1500 sign-on bonus
- 1,500 - 2,200 miles per week
Home Time
- 2 days off for every 5 days worked
- 5 - 6 expected days out
- You can stay out longer if you want to
- Home every weekend
Freight Handling
- 80% drop and hook
- 20% live load / unload
Carrier and Truck Information
- Fleet size: 55 trucks
- Semi-trucks are not governed
- Both manual and automatic semi-trucks
- No driver facing cameras

LEASE PURCHASE PROGRAM:
NO Down Payment, Credit Check, or Balloon Payment and payoff terms of 2 – 7 years on affordable equipment with set payments. The goal is driver payoff, so when the last payment is made, THE TITLE IS YOURS! We will then help with initial paperwork filing and title transfer.
At RT&T, WE COVER THE MAJORITY OF YOUR FIXED EXPENSES, including Cargo & Liability Insurance, OCAC Insurance, Base Plates and HVUT/2290. There are NO trailer fees and NO charge for E-logs or paperwork scanning. After orientation, initial deductions are delayed, making the transition to RT&T easier on the driver.
In addition to the base pay package, drivers can qualify for an additional 2% Dispatch Acceptance Bonus, Safety Incentives, & Driver Referral Bonuses.
