Hiring Requirements
- Class A license without any of the following restrictions: (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer or (K) Intrastate Only
- 18 months Tractor Trailer experience
- No more than 1 moving violation in the last year
- No more than 1 moving violation in the last 3 years
- Max 1 accident in the last year
- Max 1 accident in the last 3 years
Pay & Miles
- $1,800 - $2,400 gross total weekly
- $0.68 - $0.73 CPM
- 3,000 - 3,500 miles per week
Home Time
- 2 days off for every 14 days worked
- 14 expected days out
- You can stay out longer if you want to
- Home at least one weekend per month
Freight Handling
- 100% live load / unload
Carrier and Truck Information
- Fleet size: 497 trucks
- Semi-trucks are governed at 72 mph
- Peterbilts, Volvos, Freightliners
- Mostly automatic semi-trucks
- Microwave, Refrigerator, APU

- Can take truck home
- No slip seating

Bonuses:
- Clean inspection - $100 (any level)
- Fuel economy bonus - to apply the minimum miles driven has to be 11000 miles a month with Avg mpg -7.5-8 $200-$350
- Referral bonus - $500 (after the referred driver has worked for the company for 3 months)
- Safety bonus / Driver of the year
(All drivers who meet the main criteria by the end of 2025 will receive a $500 bonus. Additionally, the top five drivers will be selected to receive what is referred to as a "13th salary," calculated as the total earnings for the year divided by 12 months)
