Hiring Requirements
- Class A license without (E) No Manual restriction
- 2 years OTR experience
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last year
- No more than 5 moving violations in the last 3 years
- Max 1 accident in the last 3 years
Pay & Miles
- $1,000 - $1,500 total weekly
- 2,000 - 3,000 miles per week

- Semi-trucks are governed at 70 mph
- Mostly manual semi-trucks

Regional drivers usually go out and back same day.
OTR drivers go out and run until out of hours and then reset for 34 hours. Home time up to driver's discretion.
Both group of drivers will receive benefits: Holiday pay, vacation pay, medical, dental, and vision.
As well as up to .50 CPM pay, drivers will receive drop pay, layover, as well as detention pay.
Miles a driver makes per week is up to the driver. Regional drivers cover Seattle area, Spokane, Yakima, as well as Oregon and Idaho areas.
OTR drivers cover California, West Coast, and Mid-west areas.
