OTR
- Refrigerated, Flatbed, Dry van
- Company Driver (W2)
- 5% Driver Load/Unload
- 2 days off for every 5 days worked
Hiring Requirements
- Class A license without any of the following restrictions: (E) No Manual, (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving or (K) Intrastate Only
- 3 years OTR experience
- No more than 1 moving violation in the last year
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
- Max 1 accident in the last 3 years
Pay & Miles
- $1,200 - $2,000 total weekly
- 27% of load
- 2,300 - 3,300 miles per week

- Home at least one weekend per month
Freight Handling
- 10% drop and hook
- 5% driver load / unload
- 85% live load / unload

- Fleet size: 12 trucks
- Semi-trucks are not governed
- Peterbilts, Kenworths, Western Stars
- Mostly manual semi-trucks
- Truck equipment: Refrigerator, Microwave

D-BAR-D TRUCKING IS A SMALL TRUCKING COMPANY. We haul reefer freight and have dedicated pickups in our area. There are times when we do flatbed and step deck work as well for our customers. We are looking for someone who wants to be an OTR driver- and who can drive a manual truck. Pay: Depends on the years of driving and you are paid based on the line haul.
