Hiring Requirements

Class A license without any of the following restrictions: (E) No Manual, (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer or (K) Intrastate Only
2 years OTR experience
12 months Flatbed experience
No more than 1 moving violation in the last year
No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
Max 1 accident in the last year
Max 2 accidents in the last 3 years

Pay & Miles

$1,380 - $1,680 total weekly
$0.55 - $0.60 CPM
2,300 - 2,800 miles per week

About the job

We operate newer model Peterbilt 389 square hoods with 565 HP engines and 18 speed manual transmissions pulling new model 53' step decks. Running the central, southeast and southwest U.S., along with some northwest in the summer. No forced dispatch to the northeast. Our freight consist primarily of no tarp commodities such as farm & construction equipment, although if you want to tarp, we do have size options available. TWIC Card are not required, although recommended and very helpful in keeping you running. Paid weekly by the mile loaded and empty. Training, layover, breakdown, oversize. stop off and tarp pay. Quarterly Safety Bonus. 1 week paid vacation each 6 months. Assigned dispatcher with over 20 years exp. Owner has an open door policy and gives you their cell phone number.
