Hiring Requirements
- Class A license without any of the following restrictions: (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer or (K) Intrastate Only
- 2 years Tractor Trailer experience
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last year
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
- Max 2 accidents in the last year
- Max 2 accidents in the last 3 years
Pay & Miles
- $4,000 - $10,000 gross total weekly. Paid weekly.
- $5000 sign-on bonus
- 1,500 - 3,500 miles per week
Home Time
- 21 - 28 expected days out
- You can stay out longer if you want to
- No guaranteed weekends home
Freight Handling
- 100% live load / unload
Carrier and Truck Information
- Fleet size: 6 trucks
- Semi-trucks are not governed
- Volvos, Freightliners
- Both manual and automatic semi-trucks
- We mainly operate late model trucks

We have trailers for rent.
You are paid 88% of the gross rate, paid weekly.
Experienced dispatch that works with you to create a schedule that works best for you.
You keep 100% of the detention and layover.
You keep 97% of any TONU.
The contract is with us. You will get paid even if the broker is not paying.
Dynamic home time, you chose where you want to spend your off days.
Referral bonus of $2000 for every owner operator that you refer to us.
Bonus for safe driving at the end of the year.
Bonus for clean inspections for truck and driver.
We offer fuel cards with at least a 20c discount on all truck stops.
