Dedicated Lane UP TO $.70 CPM. Minneapolis Area (Rochester/Albert Lea) to Chicagoland Area (Beloit, Rockford, Janesville, Madison, Milwaukee, Chicago) $.64 CPM plus Productivity Bonus $.03 CPM (paid monthly); Safety/Fuel Bonus $.03 CPM (paid quarterly). Home Week ends and pass through the house during the week. Driver health premiums paid by Lawrence. Holiday Pay Bonus. 1 Week paid vacation at 6 months, plus 1 week at one year. Sirius XM Radio.
