Contracted Driver (1099)

- Dry van
- Contract Driver (1099)
- No Driver Load/Unload
- 7 days off for every 29 days worked
Hiring Requirements
- Class A license
- 3 years Tractor Trailer experience
- No more than 1 moving violation in the last year
- Max 4 accidents in the last 3 years
Pay & Miles
- $1,700 - $2,000 gross total weekly
- 25% of load
- 3,000 - 3,500 miles per week
Home Time
- 7 days off for every 29 days worked
- 29 expected days out
- You can stay out longer if you want to
- No guaranteed weekends home
Freight Handling
- 50% drop and hook
- 50% live load / unload
Carrier and Truck Information
- Fleet size: 7 trucks
- Semi-trucks are governed at 70 mph
- Volvos, Western Stars, Kenworths, Freightliners, Peterbilts
- Mostly automatic semi-trucks
- Truck equipment: Refrigerator, Satellite TV, APU, Satellite Radio, Microwave
