About the job
Our drivers average about 55 hours per week, working Monday through Friday. The start times do vary based on how far you are going the next day but they typically start between 4 and 5 am. Most days they are working for 11 hours and getting in and out of the truck. Each driver is assigned their own truck and they are responsible to keep the inside clean, we have a wash company come in and wash the trucks once a month. We have 2 onsite mechanics to keep up with maintenance and repairs. We are a small family agribusiness that have been in business since 1982. Our drivers are delivering the soil we produce to nurseries all around central Florida.
