Hiring Requirements
- Class A license without any of the following restrictions: (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer or (K) Intrastate Only
- 2 years Tractor Trailer experience
- 2 years OTR experience
- No more than 1 moving violation in the last year
- No more than 1 moving violation in the last 3 years
- Max 1 accident in the last year
- Max 1 accident in the last 3 years
Pay & Miles
- $3,300 - $3,700 gross total weekly
- $0.98 - $0.98 CPM
- 3,000 - 3,500 miles per week
Home Time
- 4 days off for every 17 days worked
- 17 - 21 expected days out
- You can stay out longer if you want to
- Home at least one weekend per month
Freight Handling
- 70% drop and hook
- 30% live load / unload
Carrier and Truck Information
- Fleet size: 497 trucks
- Semi-trucks are governed at 72 mph
- Volvos, Peterbilts, Freightliners
- Mostly automatic semi-trucks
- Truck equipment: APU, Refrigerator, Microwave, Satellite Radio

About the job
We are looking for qualified drivers with at least 2 years of OTR Class A experience that also have no driving violations. We pay $500 plus all miles the truck drives are paid as well. We require a month of driving with the company to ensure smart and safe driving habits before we begin doing training with other drivers. After a month of proving safe driving, we will then begin having the driver train new trainees at the company for 2-week training courses.
