Hiring Requirements
- Class A license
- 3 years Tractor Trailer experience
- No more than 1 moving violation in the last year
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
- Max 1 accident in the last 3 years
Pay & Miles
- $2,000 - $2,400 total weekly
- 3,000 - 3,500 miles per week
Home Time
- 2 days off for every 7 days worked
- 7 - 14 expected days out
- You can stay out longer if you want to
- Home at least 2 weekends per month
Freight Handling
- 75% drop and hook
- 25% live load / unload
Carrier and Truck Information
- Fleet size: 8 trucks
- Semi-trucks are not governed
- Volvos, Freightliners
- Mostly automatic semi-trucks
- We mainly operate late model trucks
- Truck equipment: Microwave, Refrigerator, APU
- No driver-facing cameras

Most routes run OR/WA to UT, CO,MT, AZ, with occasional CA loads based on ELD hours . Our drivers average 11,000–13,000 legal ELD miles per month.
