Hiring Requirements
- Class A license without any of the following restrictions: (E) No Manual, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer or (K) Intrastate Only
- Must have (T) Doubles/Triples endorsement at time of hire
- 12 months Tractor Trailer experience
- No more than 1 moving violation in the last year
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
- Max 2 accidents in the last 3 years
Pay & Miles
- $1,500 - $2,100 total weekly
- $1500 minimum guaranteed weekly pay
- $30 - $30 per hour
- $3000 sign-on bonus
- 1,400 - 2,500 miles per week

About the job
Drivers will be contacted on the day of their scheduled assignment and advised of the specific run they will be performing. The regular schedule for this position is Tuesday through Saturday. During peak season, the schedule will expand to Monday through Saturday.
Start times will vary and may fall anywhere between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
Assignments may include regional linehaul routes to locations such as Chicago, Toledo, Columbus, and Cincinnati, or local shuttle work transporting trailers between FedEx Ground facilities throughout the Indianapolis area.
Additionally, ShepEx offers overtime compensation at one and one-half times the driver's regular hourly rate (time and a half) for all hours worked over 40 in a workweek.
Start times will vary and may fall anywhere between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
