Hiring Requirements
- Class A license without any of the following restrictions: (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer or (K) Intrastate Only
- 6 months Tractor Trailer experience
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last year
- No more than 4 moving violations in the last 3 years
- Max 2 accidents in the last year
- Max 4 accidents in the last 3 years
Pay & Miles
- $1,600 - $2,200 total weekly
- $1250 minimum guaranteed weekly pay
- 2,500 - 3,000 miles per week

Drivers earned $0.60 CPM on average in 2020 – that’s base pay + all accessorial pay (extra stops, layover, etc.) The base pay is $0.60 CPM. Another 1 CPM is added for good fuel utilization (50% of drivers get this each month). Solo company drivers can expect to earn between $85,000-$95,000/year.
Each company driver has a performance review every 6 months with potential raises every 6 months, you could earn over $100,000 within 2-3 years.
Compensation:
• W2 Base rate - $0.60 per mile
• FUEL Incentive - Extra 1 cent
• 6-month $0.01 cpm raises for qualifying drive
