Pay is percentage based, we have full disclosure of the rate of load. This is as close as you will get to having the freedom of an owner operator. We have very low driver turnover. Our drivers are more than willing to share their experience with you if asked. We offer Kenworth trucks with Cat 550, 13 speed. We don't tarp full loads nor haul heavy. You will be involved in where and when and what you haul.
