Transports merchandise to and from stores and donation collection sites per a regular schedule or as needed; Operates trucks and trailers in a safe manner reporting all incidents/accidents in a timely manner and according to policy; Performs pre- and post-trip inspections of trailers and necessary documentation; Communicates accidents and breakdowns to Transportation Manager and assists repair crew as necessary; Drops off and picks up tractor trailers from routine maintenance sites as requested; Loads and unloads trucks and properly stores and/or stages materials; Has working knowledge of transportation/warehouse/distribution operations; Able to prioritize and complete tasks and assignments with numerous interruptions and little direct supervision;
