Hiring Requirements

Class A license
18 months Tractor Trailer experience
No more than 1 moving violation in the last year
No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
Max 1 accident in the last year
Max 1 accident in the last 3 years

Pay & Miles

$2,000 - $2,300 gross total weekly
28% of load
$0.75 - $0.80 CPM
3,000 - 3,500 miles per week

Home Time

3 days off for every 14 days worked
14 - 99 expected days out
Home at least one weekend per month

Freight Handling

80% drop and hook
20% live load / unload

Carrier and Truck Information

Fleet size: 47 trucks
Semi-trucks are not governed
Internationals, Peterbilts, Western Stars, Volvos, Kenworths, Freightliners
Both manual and automatic semi-trucks
We mainly operate late model trucks
