Hiring Requirements
  • Class A license without any of the following restrictions: (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer, (K) Intrastate Only or (V) Medical Variance
  • 12 months OTR experience
  • No more than 3 moving violations in the last year
  • No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
  • Max 1 accident in the last year
  • Max 1 accident in the last 3 years
Pay & Miles
  • $4,000 - $5,000 gross total weekly per team
  • 35% of load
  • $0.75 - $0.80 CPM
  • 5,500 - 7,000 miles per week
Home Time
  • 4 days off for every 28 days worked
  • 1 - 3 expected days out
  • You can stay out longer if you want to
  • No guaranteed weekends home
Freight Handling
  • 30% drop and hook
  • 10% driver load / unload
  • 60% live load / unload
Carrier and Truck Information
  • Fleet size: 160 trucks
  • Semi-trucks are governed at 70 mph
  • Volvos, Kenworths, Internationals, Freightliners, Peterbilts
  • Mostly automatic semi-trucks
  • We mainly operate late model trucks
  • Truck equipment: Microwave, Refrigerator, Satellite Radio, APU

Loadmode LLC is hiring experienced OTR company team drivers!

2022-2026 new fully equipped and well maintaned trucks
24/7 dispatch that will keep you rolling

3-4 weeks out, 3-4 days home
Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience on CDL Class A license
No DUI or SAP
Must pass the road test

Owner Operators are also more than welcome!

> Your truck could be in any year but in good condition so it easily passes DOT inspection!

> Solo drivers - Gross up to $10,000 in a week
