Hiring Requirements
- Class A license without any of the following restrictions: (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer, (K) Intrastate Only or (V) Medical Variance
- 2 years Tractor Trailer experience
- No more than 1 moving violation in the last year
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
- Max 1 accident in the last 3 years
Pay & Miles
- $2,100 - $2,500 total weekly
- $0.7 - $0.7 CPM
- $5000 sign-on bonus
- 3,000 - 3,500 miles per week
Home Time
- 2 days off for every 7 days worked
- 7 - 14 expected days out
- You can stay out longer if you want to
- Home at least one weekend per month
Freight Handling
- 100% live load / unload
Carrier and Truck Information
- Fleet size: 5 trucks
- Semi-trucks are governed at 72 mph
- Kenworths
- Mostly automatic semi-trucks
- We mainly operate late model trucks
- Truck equipment: APU, Refrigerator, Microwave
- No driver-facing cameras

INS Transportation, LLC is looking for experienced OTR CDL-A drivers to join our team. We offer $0.70 CPM for all miles, a $4,000 sign-on bonus paid after completing 90 days of employment, $50 for each extra stop, and a monthly performance bonus of $500–$1,000.
Drivers typically run 3,000–3,500 miles per week and are usually home every 1–2 weeks. We operate well-maintained Kenworth T680 automatic sleeper trucks equipped with APU and run 53' dry van, no-touch freight.
Our primary lanes are between the Southeast and Midwest. We are a small, driver-focused company offering consistent miles and direct communication with dispatch. W-2 company drivers only.
