Hiring Requirements
- Class A license
- 2 years Tractor Trailer experience
- 2 years OTR experience
- No more than 1 moving violation in the last year
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
- Max 1 accident in the last 3 years
Pay & Miles
- $1,800 - $2,400 gross total weekly
- $0.6 - $0.7 CPM
- $500 sign-on bonus
- 3,000 - 3,500 miles per week
Home Time
- 7 days off for every 25 days worked
- 25 - 30 expected days out
- You can stay out longer if you want to
- Home at least one weekend per month
Freight Handling
- 100% live load / unload

- Fleet size: 11 trucks
- Semi-trucks are not governed
- Volvos, Freightliners
- Mostly automatic semi-trucks
- We mainly operate late model trucks
- Truck equipment: APU, Microwave, Refrigerator
- No driver-facing cameras

We are a small company out of Oregon who has leased on to another carrier in TX with great safety score and good lanes. Dry van, good,new equipment 2023/2024 Volvo/Freightliner. We are looking for a driver that wants to be treated with respect, work hard, and want to earn good money. We pay every week, loaded and empty miles. Before you start, you welcome to call our drivers and talk to them. We don't micro manage, unless you want to. Home time is flexible and valuable. Previous truck owners are highly respected and welcome, they know how to take care of our fleet. We need someone who is safety concious, will NOT take risks and will communcate well. We take care of the driver, driver takes care of the truck, truck takes care of load.
