Hiring Requirements
- Class A license
- 10 months Tractor Trailer experience
- 3 months OTR experience
- No more than 1 moving violation in the last 3 years
- Max 1 accident in the last 3 years
Pay & Miles
- $1,500 - $3,000 gross total weekly per team
- $0.6 - $0.7 CPM
- $50 sign-on bonus
- 2,800 - 4,000 miles per week
Home Time
- 5 days off for every 21 days worked
- 21 - 25 expected days out
- You can stay out longer if you want to
- No guaranteed weekends home
Freight Handling
- 50% drop and hook
- 50% live load / unload
Carrier and Truck Information
- Fleet size: 10 trucks
- Semi-trucks are not governed
- Volvos, Freightliners
- Both manual and automatic semi-trucks
- We mainly operate late model trucks
- Truck equipment: Refrigerator, Microwave, APU
- No driver-facing cameras
