Hiring Requirements
- Class A license without any of the following restrictions: (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer or (K) Intrastate Only
- 2 years Commercial Driving experience
- No more than 1 moving violation in the last year
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
- Max 1 accident in the last year
- Max 2 accidents in the last 3 years
Pay & Miles
- $1,200 - $1,500 total weekly
- $30 - $30 per hour
- 2,500 miles per week
Home Time
- 2 days off for every 5 days worked
- 5 - 6 expected days out
- You can stay out longer if you want to
- Home every weekend
Freight Handling
- 100% driver load / unload
Carrier and Truck Information
- Fleet size: 3 trucks
- Semi-trucks are not governed
- Kenworths
- Mostly automatic semi-trucks
- We mainly operate late model trucks

Global Paving LLC is seeking Dump Truck Drivers to support paving crews across the lower 48 states. This is a unique OTR construction role—we fly you to project sites and provide hotel stays while you work.
You will operate a newer fleet of Kenworth trucks (2024–2026 models) with automatic transmissions, hauling asphalt, gravel, and paving materials. This position is ideal for drivers who enjoy travel and want consistent project-based work with a $30/hour pay rate and weekend home time.
