Hiring Requirements
  • Class A license without any of the following restrictions: (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer, (K) Intrastate Only or (V) Medical Variance
  • 6 months OTR experience
  • No more than 1 moving violation in the last year
  • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years
  • Max 1 accident in the last 3 years
Pay & Miles
  • $3,750 - $4,500 gross total weekly per team
  • $0.75 - $0.75 CPM
  • 5,000 - 6,000 miles per week
Home Time
  • 3 days off for every 21 days worked
  • 21 - 28 expected days out
  • You can stay out longer if you want to
  • No guaranteed weekends home
Freight Handling
  • 50% drop and hook
  • 50% live load / unload
Carrier and Truck Information
  • Fleet size: 180 trucks
