  • 12 months Tractor Trailer experience
  • No more than 1 moving violation in the last year
  • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years

We pay 25% of the load.

A normal week for our drivers looks like picking up the loaded truck in Hartley, Iowa either Sunday night or Monday morning and running dedicated freight to Wisconsin to about 3 to 4 facilities

Backroads Express LLC is a family run business based out of Iowa. We treat drivers like family and we'll stick with you when times get tough. We have our base in Hartley, Iowa which is equipped with full laundry, showers and fueling station. Trucks generally will need to come back to the yard for regular service. We pay towards the medical insurance and offer dental and vision as optional for drivers. Also have a retirement program after 60 days. Paid Vacation after one year.
