Work 5 days a week. We do work some on Saturdays but that is very rare we mainly only work Saturdays if a day is missed in the week due to weather. But if we work all week and then work Saturday to you get paid an extra 20.00 for each load hauled on Saturday. We off health insurance company pays 50% of cost. You get 5 rainy days right off and 5 vacation days after 6 months. Once you work 2 years you get 2 weeks paid vacation. We also have paid holidays.
