- No Driver Load/Unload
- 2 days off for every 5 days worked
- Class A license without any of the following restrictions: (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer or (V) Medical Variance
- No more than 1 moving violation in the last year
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
- Max 1 accident in the last year
- Max 3 accidents in the last 3 years
- $900 - $1,400 total weekly
- 2,500 - 3,200 miles per week
- Medical, Vision, Life, Disability, 401K with company matched, Dental

- 5 - 14 expected days out
- Home every weekend
- 50% drop and hook

Pet Policy Driver's are not allowed to have a pet with them unless it is a ADA service animal. Policy On Taking Truck Home Taking the truck home is a privilege that is earned by on time deliveries, good work ethic and attitude. After that period, we try to get all of our drivers home with their trucks on the weekends, but this is not guaranteed. Rider Policy We do not allow permanent riders and the program is closed during certain winter months. You must be with us 6 months and have a safe driving record.
